This happened when I decided against registering for disqus. Why do I need to type in as many as one hundred words to say what I have just reported in a very few uncomplicated words? How does it profit/benefit you to chew up my time by insisting that I bang away here pointlessly when I've already identified the issue. I used to be able to read the comments on Alternet and now those comments have been obscured by DISQUS. Are you punishing me f rejecting you? I want nothing to do with DISQUS, and I want the comments made visible again. Now I have written more than one-hundred words. Thank you

What I really don't understand about Disqus is....stupefying me. I actually LIKE what I saw (just now online about Disqus's infos) about the company i.e. I LIKE their location, their staff, their philosophy.... but I don't get their paradoxical and inunderstandable...

The address provided for Disqus, is the exact same as a marketing "Big Data analysis" company with the founder, David A. Steinberg, previously founded founded InPhonic, Sterling Cellular and Sterling Communications as well as serving as CEO. The co-founder, John Sculley, served as CEO of Apple for more than ten years. Also known for his role as CEO of Pepsi, he was responsible for the creation of the two-liter bottle and the Pepsi Challenge. A marketing expert, he is one of America’s best-known business leaders. Do a look up for the address: 717 Market Street, Suite 700 San Francisco, CA 94103 Disqus also uses the "caching" services of another company called Fastly. Which, by the way, is located at: 475 Brannan St. #300 San Francisco, CA 94107 Call me crazy, but it looks like a pattern here. My oath to the U.S. Constitution is a matter of public record. However, based upon the actions and reactions by above companies, my oath is released and no longer applicable to them, their employees, or families. I will no longer protect them against any enemies both foreign or domestic, for their actions are in direct violation to those that died in defense of the U.S. Constitution and it's 1st amendment to free speech. Actions have consequences.

I am wondering what happened to the comments section on Inforwars.com? Is Disqus a Censoring site that needs to be boycotted by WE THE PEOPLE for censoring alternative views? Why are they doing this? EVERYONE has the right to free speech. NOTHING by the SCOTUS has been identified as "hate speech" as it is too interpretative to an individual and therefore CANNOT be used to deny someone the right to make comments. Something that would seem offensive to one will not to another. Disqus needs to get off the bandwagon and fix this. Allow WE THE PEOPLE to express our views even though Disqus doesn't agree with the views. To silence us is to disgrace our country and our way of life. You people at Disqus need to think long and hard about what you are doing.

I am inti and I am a woman. I never mistreated others, the one who was bullied was I, and someone, unknown to me who saw the persisting harassment against me, decided to give a lesson to the Bullies, and the Bullies, went to cry to Disqus and the New Owners of Disqus.
Disqus, then knew who was who, and they never penalised me because they were smart, and did their job. The New Owners, didn't know better except than to protect their business and I don't. Too many users, abusers and Bullies in Disqus. So please Bullies, you were defeated, your filthy battle was lost and with good reason.

I think i used disqus like once years ago. And they start spamming now out of nowhere after GDPR? And want me to log in to change the settings? How about I will redirect them to info@***.com instead, i hope they like the emails...once they block me i think i'll forward it to google as they host their mail, and just anti-spam instances after that. And just some more words to please the posting limit. I guess it's to ensure an actual nice complaints instead of just raving rantings but sometimes it's just not needed you know. And i mean, that's like your opinion man.

Just a Horrible experience
Disqus added a Captcha code with pictures to log in. Those pictures are dark and impossible to make out. I've never seen anything so frustrating, jumping from check-marking cars, then buses, then storefronts, then to street-signs, then bridges, etc. Oh its never ending. Now it takes me about an average of 14 minutes to log-in. Last night it took me 20 minutes of just check-marking those dumb pictures. That's totally unacceptable. Please delete my account. And be prepared to spend 14 to 20 minutes to log-in just to delete your account, that's if you are lucky. The Disqus Customer Service phone number also doesn't work -- no customer service. Their service is so bad I expect this post will never make it to their eyes as everything they do is made to be customer unfriendly.

Horrible "Channel" Based Home Site
There are frequent violations of the Disqus "Terms of Service" by many commenters, "moderators" and " channel owners" alike on the Disqus home site. Disqus does nothing to enforce their own rules for commenting. In addition, the channel system has been hacked and invaded by outsiders a number of times, leading to a possible loss of personal and private information by those signed up for this service... My own personal observation is that Disqus needs to get their act together. Re: management of the channels, as well as technical issues.

Death Threats.
There is a person on Disqus who is threatening a woman with death threats. This is no joke. I have flagged his threats and his profile, but NOTHING has been done, and he continues his threats. He is now threatening me, because I confronted him about it.His screen name is " hubs drunk " I left a message and one of his threats on your email this morning. Why has he not been reported to the proper authorities for making death threats, and his account deleted ? He has told this woman, and me, that he got access to her IP information, and now he has her home address. He lives in San Francisco, and so does she. He even said to her, that he was on Market street the other day, and was thinking about going by her house and killing her then. THIS IS NO JOKE !!! Please do something about this. She is very frightened. Please get back to me on this issue, and I will have her contact you with all the information and the threats he has made to her. She has them all copied.

Banned and I don't know why
I suddenly received a message "you have been permanently banned" when I tried to post a comment. I have no idea why as I do not use bad language, am respectful to other commentators and stick to facts and do not engage in personal attacks of other users. I would like to know who banned me and why, and if I can get back into the forum. I think this is an important forum to express views and get other people's point of view so as to become more informed and aware of what is going on around us and in the world Gavin Hillyard South Africa

Disqus Violating U.S. Consitituional Right To Free Speech!
This site has, on multiple occaisions, violated my right as a US Citizen to Freedom of Speech. The so called "moderators" delete or stifle comments they don't agree with. In my opinion, they need to be sued for their alleged violations of the US Constitution.

They did it to me on speaking out against feminist and SJW veiws in a polite but stern way and they banned my account. I created another one expressing their ban and violation and they haven't posted my comment from more than 19 hours ago.
You cannot tell me they do not censor your right of free speech!!! Disqus moderators need to be punished

ghost banning should be made illegal, very devious to allow people to make comments thinking others will see them, the internet is really becoming a tool of state suppression
I have begun experiencing the same thing everywhere with disqus. they are censoring or shadow banning conservative posts AND they do it on conservative websites.
crazy. alex jones, breitbart, etc. need to dump disqus and get a commenting program they they can control. I am pretty much unable to post anywhere anymore.
pretty soon the only people posting will be trolls and the luke warm because everyone else will be shut out. I am not using hate or profanity just stating my opinion.
I have decided to just not try to post anymore. I have e-mailed these websites in question and if they allow it and do nothing then its just a matter of time before it effects their website numbers.
WE THE PEOPLE have the right to free speech. YOU THE PERSON can be ejected from any forum the owner/operator/webmaster sees fit.
You'll need to find a new forum for your cranks ; there are lots of them. And remember - you can't yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater unless the place is on fire.
You may as well end the 21st amendment then. The minutes anyone try to silence oposition, or speech another doesn't like we are no longer America.
We are no better than {{Redacted}} Germany, Communist China, or North Korea. I guess that's what some people want for America.
